While some older women are active pursuers, there are others who just can’t help being attractive to younger men.

Standing at less than 5 foot tall with blonde hair, curves and wiggle, Jill is a beautiful and mature pocket-rocket who could give Kylie a run for her money.

“My first experience of toyboy dating was 25 years ago,” she explains, “when one of my daughter’s friends made a serious play for me. I wasn’t even aware he was interested!”

Divorced after a ten-year marriage to someone 7 years older, and with further long-term relationships under her belt, Jill first noticed Toyboy Warehouse when its founder, Julia Macmillian, promoted the site on TV.

“While I am generally attracted to younger men,” she clarifies, “an attractive man is attractive whatever his age, so it doesn’t always follow that I am going to like the ones I meet.”

And Jill has the prospect of meeting lots of young men via the site; “I seem to get a lot of attention, which is fun and flattering. And no – I don’t do one night stands.”

But why is she open to dating a toyboy?

“A younger man is usually better turned out and takes care of himself. He’s much more interesting, not looking for a mother or a nurse maid, and usually good fun.”

Her friends know she’s a member of Toyboy Warehouse. “They think I’m mad, that it will never lead to anything, but say it’s my choice. If cougar is the word for what I do – then I’m a cougar.”

And what is this former teacher looking for? What everyone wants and deserves; someone worth meeting and spending quality time with.

“I want to meet a nice man who I really like. One who’ll treat me well and appreciate me, for mutual respect and enjoyment.”

Her tips? “If you want to, go for it! Be prepared to be surprised, don’t expect too much and a sense of humour is essential!”
