On registering as a member of Toyboy Warehouse we store your username, email address & gender. Previously anonymous browsing data is then joined with this information. We ask for your full name & date of birth to confirm you are of legal age to use Toyboy Warehouse. None of the information described in “Account Information” is shared with other users.
Dating profile information
All information given on the basic & full profile pages will be visible to other members of Toyboy Warehouse. Do not share personally identifiable or contact information in your profile. All free text areas such as information in your “About you” section will be moderated to avoid contact, personal or offensive content being shared with other members.
Content you provide through our products
We collect and store content that you post, send, receive and share. This content includes any information about you that you may choose to include. Examples of such content include winks, messages, cards, hotties votes, favourites, messages, broadcasts & saved searches.
Newsletter & Email communication
We gather your email & statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter and email communications.
Information you provide through our support channels
When contacting or using our customer support options, you may choose to submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with the Service. When purchasing a paid membership we collect your billing information. This is done through our 3rd party billing providers: Paypal, Stripe, Chargebee & Recurly.

From the settings area you have the option to hide your profile from the Toyboy Warehouse search results or to hide your profile from all members until you decide otherwise. If you would like to hide your profile then you can set your profile to hidden in you settings area. You can also hide your profile from specific members by blocking them. Your dating profile information is also visible to site administrators and our profile moderation team.
Service Providers: We work with third-party service providers to provide website and application development, hosting, maintenance, backup, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analysis and other services for us, which may require them to access or use information about you. If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services on our behalf, they do so under close instruction from us, including policies and procedures designed to protect your information.
With your consent: We share information about you with third parties when you give us consent to do so. For example, we often display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our public websites. With your consent, we may post your name alongside the testimonial.
Information storage and security
How long we keep information:How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymise your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
Account & profile information: We retain your account information until you permanently delete your account or 3 months after deactivating your account.
Information you share on the Services: All data related to your dating profile, the interaction and messages you’ve had with other users will on the site until you choose to permanently delete your account or 3 months after deactivating your account.
Marketing information: If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences unless you specifically ask us to delete such information. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.
Access and update your information: You can update your account information in the settings area. Including your email & account visibility settings. From the edit profile area you can edit the information that appears on your dating profile, which is visible to other members. You can at any time contact support and request them to update certain information on your behalf.
Deactivate your account: From the settings area you have the option of hiding your profile from all other members or hiding you account from appearing the in Toyboy Warehouse search results. You can deactivate your account by selecting the delete option. Premium users first have to downgrade their account to free before they are able to deactivate their account.
Delete your information: Deactivated accounts are permanently deleted 3 months after being marked as such. During the 3 month period you can request that your profile is reactivated. At any time you can request that your data is permanently deleted, this is non reversible.
Request that we stop using your information: In some cases, you may ask us to stop accessing, storing, using and otherwise processing your information where you believe we don’t have the appropriate rights to do so. For example, if you believe a Services account was created for you without your permission or you are no longer an active user, you can request that we delete your account as provided in this policy. Where you gave us consent to use your information for a limited purpose, you can contact us to withdraw that consent, but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place at the time. When you make such requests, we may need time to investigate and facilitate your request.
Opt out of communications: Each email sent by Toyboy Warehouse contains an unsubscribe link to stop future emails of that kind. You can update you email notification preferences & email communication preferences in the settings area of your Toyboy Warehouse account. You can also opt-out of our use of your information for marketing purposes by contacting us. Some communications are part of the Services you cannot opt out of them and continue to use the services. In this scenario you can opt out of the communications by deactivating your account.
Data portability: Data portability is the ability to obtain some of your information in a format you can move from one service provider to another (for instance, when you transfer your mobile phone number to another carrier). Depending on the context, this applies to some of your information, but not to all of your information.
