Acceptable Use Policy

Toyboy Warehouse (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online dating platform intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules governing use of the Toyboy Warehouse platform. By accessing or using the service, users agree to comply with this policy in full.

Violation of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

1. Age Requirement

  • The Toyboy Warehouse platform is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.
  • Users must not misrepresent their age or provide false date-of-birth information.
  • Any account suspected of being operated by, or representing, a minor will be immediately removed.

2. Prohibited Content

  • Illegal activity, including exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or abuse
  • Non-consensual content or harassment
  • Hate speech, threats, or violent content
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information
  • Impersonation of another individual or entity

3. Prohibited Behaviour

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to solicit, facilitate, or promote exploitation or coercive behaviour
  • Misrepresent identity, age, or intentions
  • Circumvent moderation, review, or enforcement processes
  • Use the platform in a manner intended to harass, intimidate, or manipulate others

Toyboy Warehouse does not permit use of the platform for arranging illegal activity or for facilitating exploitation of any kind.

4. Profile & Content Review

  • All new profiles are subject to manual human review before becoming active.
  • All profile edits and photo uploads are reviewed prior to approval.
  • Content that violates this policy will be rejected or removed.
  • Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

5. Reporting & Enforcement

  • Users may report concerns or suspected policy violations via the platform’s contact form or support channels.
  • Reported content is reviewed by a human moderator.
  • Toyboy Warehouse maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward content involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, or serious illegal activity.
  • Where legally required, Toyboy Warehouse cooperates with law enforcement authorities.

6. Appeals

Users may contact customer support to request clarification or appeal moderation decisions. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are made at Toyboy Warehouse’s discretion.

7. Policy Updates

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
