If someone came to you for dating/relationship advice, what should they expect?:
I really work with the person to connect with their true values, principles and beliefs so they can begin to assess and understand what is really important for them in relationship; as well as their own life.
Relationships need to be aligned to our true needs and wants.
I help people move their wounding, negative expectations, limiting beliefs to attract the best relationships they can.
We very often attract what we truly think and feel about ourselves; as well as what we have come to believe from our family of origin.

“My boyfriend and I have been in a relationship for 6 years. In the last few months things have felt weird. Nothing has changed, he hasn’t become any worse of a boyfriend. I haven’t changed in any way that I know of. Things are going great for us in our career, with family, etc. Just for me things feel really wrong between us and I know I’ve got to get out. If that makes sense?
How do I break up with a guy when I don’t know why I’m doing it?”
First thing is you need to do a “mini life check in” with yourself to see what you are really needing and wanting in your life right now; as well as in relationship.
Very often we have outer discontent when we either are changing inside; or need to make some changes.
After doing this talk with your boyfriend about your feelings and see if there is some common understanding; or common ground.
If you still feel this way take a time-out.
If the ‘time-out’ turns into a permanent separation you will know you did all that you could, and that you weren’t just leaving something due to boredom in your life.

“I secretly madly in love with the woman who takes of our horses – which I know sounds weird. How do I tell her I like her?”
Hi Bleddyn, I’d say “feel it out”.
Go out as friends, hang out, and just talk. Let her talk and see where she is at in her life. This way she knows you are really interested in her as a person; as well as her interests in life. Feel it out to see if there are any vibes beyond the “friend zone”.
After a few weeks, or about a month ask her how she would feel about taking the relationship to a next level.
That you think she is great and you would like to date her.
